Some features of Care Heart may require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app. We are not liable for any loss of functionality due to poor or no internet connectivity.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Care Heart at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
