• App activity and diagnostics: app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, performance data, feature usage, language settings, and approximate region.
• Account, purchase, and subscription information: identifiers, subscription status, entitlement information, and App Store transaction-related data where needed to provide paid features.
• Support communications: your email address, app name, device details, screenshots, and the content of messages you send to support.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our products. This includes generating AI-assisted outputs, enabling subscriptions, measuring app reliability, responding to support requests, detecting abuse, complying with legal obligations, and developing safer product experiences.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features, the content you submit may be processed by our systems and service providers to generate responses such as rewrites, translations, summaries, smart replies, wellness summaries, or other requested outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using and you are comfortable with that processing.

5. Typely AI Keyboard and Writing Features

Typely AI may process text you type, paste, select, upload, or submit to AI features. Keyboard and writing-assistant behavior may vary by app version, iOS settings, and permissions. You should review AI-generated text before sending or publishing it.

6. Care Heart and Wellness Information

Care Heart provides general wellness information and AI-generated suggestions for reference only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

7. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our products, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, customer support, security, and subscription infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and some device permissions are managed through Apple systems and are subject to Apple policies. App Store privacy labels are based on the data practices submitted in App Store Connect for each app and version.
