LightYearStar, LLC provides consumer mobile products for AI-assisted writing, translation, summarization, smart replies, productivity, heart rate tracking, wellness trends, and informational insights. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to use digital services in your jurisdiction and have the authority to accept these Terms. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your device, account, subscription, or app installation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our products. You may not:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules.
• Use the products to create, distribute, or facilitate harmful or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass product security.

5. AI Features and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before relying on, sending, publishing, or acting on them. Our AI features do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

6. User Content

You retain your rights in content you submit to our products. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the products, including generating requested AI outputs and providing support. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

7. Typely AI Writing and Keyboard Features

Typely AI is intended to help with writing, rewriting, translation, summaries, and replies. You remain responsible for the messages, documents, or content you create or send using Typely AI.

8. Care Heart Wellness Disclaimer

Care Heart is intended for general wellness and informational use only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you have symptoms, medical concerns, or an emergency, contact a healthcare professional or local emergency services.

9. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features, free trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple App Store systems unless otherwise stated. Subscription terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Our apps, websites, designs, software, logos, names, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
